Dozens of riders of all ages braved the winter-like temperatures and hit the Bicycle Friendly roads in Glastonbury in search of the “secret stops” at the 2nd annual Bike Boulevard Scavenger Hunt. With a team effort between the GHS Key Club, the Glastonbury Parks and Rec Dept, Bicycles East and of course Bike Walk Glastonbury, the event was a success. It opened the door yet again for families to explore portions of the downtown and Buttonball neighborhoods (a subset of the overall bicycle friendly roads of Glastonbury). The smiles observed out on the roads were only matched by those in the pictures snapped at the Apple Festival where prize winners were called out, including one of our grand prize winner (a new bicycle from Bicycles East)!
