A path is being constructed along the northbound lanes of the Putnam Bridge, CT Route 3.  The feasibility study regarding connecting paths to local streets on the Glastonbury and Wethersfield sides of the bridge is almost complete.  The engineering consultants have incorporated input from the advisory committe and June’s public meeting.  View the draft final report at http://www.ct.gov/dot/cwp/view.asp?a=3535&q=518198 .
